Before you order
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums! Bulk pricing kicks in as the quantity increases.
What artwork do you need?
We can use anything, but a vector file is best. Send us your file in SVG, PNG, JPEG or PDF and we will work our magic! Send it with your quote request and we will tell you if it will cut cleanly.
How long does a bulk order take?
Give us your deadline and we will confirm before we start. It all depends on the quantity and the work. We aim for a one week turnaround but will be transparent if we cannot meet that timeline.
Do you ship?
We ship nywhere in the United States! We offer local pickup and drop-off in Melissa, TX and surrounding cities.
Can you rush my order?
Although we prefer to have plenty of lead time for your order, we understand that it can be tough. If we need to rush the order, there will be a rush charge of $2 per item or $100 per order that goes out the door.
