Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Nutthouse Customz, we take pride in creating high-quality custom products made specifically for each customer. Because most of our products are personalized, engraved, or made to order, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized, custom engraved, made-to-order, and custom-designed items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • The item contains a manufacturing defect.

  • We made an error in the customization or engraving that differs from the approved order details.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Custom Products

Non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the product and packaging

Upon review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A repair

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

The resolution will be determined based on the nature of the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly on custom orders, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom engraved products

  • Personalized items

  • Custom leather patch hats

  • Custom acrylic signs

  • Corporate branded merchandise

  • Products made using customer-supplied artwork or logos

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
