Production Time
At Nutthouse Customz, every item is custom-made to order. Because our products are personalized, laser engraved, handcrafted, or manufactured specifically for each customer, production time is required before your order ships.
Current production time is typically 3-5 business days from the date your order is placed.
Large orders, highly customized projects, corporate orders, or seasonal demand may require additional processing time. If an extended lead time is expected, we will contact you directly.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking Information

Custom & Personalized Orders
Because our products are custom-made, production cannot begin until all artwork, customization details, and approvals (if required) have been received.
Delays in providing artwork, logos, personalization details, or approval of proofs may extend production times.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available for your order, you will be notified when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Nutthouse Customz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with filing a claim when applicable.
