Powder Coating
Three step process
01
Out with the old
We strip the part to bare metal using chemical stripping, burn-off, or media blasting. Then it goes in the oven to bake out any leftover oils.

Opposites Attract
This is where the fun begins. The part and the powder carry opposite charges, so the powder grabs onto every surface for an even coat.
03
Bake it till you make it
We bake it at 400°F for up to 20 minutes. Once it cools to room temperature, it’s ready to come home with you.
Cerakote
Three step process

We strip the part to bare metal using chemical stripping, burn-off, or media blasting. Then it goes in the oven to bake out any leftover oils.

Applying the Kote
This is where your vision come to life. Cerakote is an ultra-thin ceramic finish sprayed on like automotive paint, so most threaded parts still fit without any issues.

Say hello to my little friend
Depending on the material, we cure the part at 150–250°F for about 2 hours to lock the finish in. It’s tough, but it’s not bulletproof, so expect normal wear over time.
