2. Custom Products & Order Accuracy

Many of our products are custom-made, personalized, laser engraved, printed, or manufactured specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying spelling, names, dates, and customization details before submitting an order.

  • Reviewing any proofs or mockups provided for approval.

  • Ensuring all submitted information is accurate.

Nutthouse Customz is not responsible for customer-submitted errors after production has begun.

3. Artwork, Logos & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, designs, photographs, or other content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it.

  • The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.

  • You have the legal authority to authorize reproduction of the submitted content.

Nutthouse Customz reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that may violate intellectual property laws or that we determine to be inappropriate or unlawful.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Nutthouse Customz harmless from any claims arising from customer-supplied content.

4. Product Variations

Due to the nature of laser engraving, leatherette materials, wood, acrylic, powder coating, Cerakote finishes, and other manufacturing processes, slight variations may occur between product photos, digital mockups, proofs, and finished products.

Variations in:

  • Material grain

  • Texture

  • Color

  • Engraving depth

  • Finish appearance

  • Placement

are considered normal and are not considered defects.

5. Production & Lead Times

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Estimated production times are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Production delays may occur due to:

  • Material availability

  • Equipment maintenance

  • High order volume

  • Customer approval delays

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Nutthouse Customz is not liable for losses resulting from production or shipping delays.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Modify pricing without notice

  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing or inventory inaccuracies

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received.

7. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Nutthouse Customz is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, lost packages, or delivery exceptions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-made and personalized products are generally non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutthouse Customz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of our products

  • Delayed delivery

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Product misuse

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and as intended.

Nutthouse Customz shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, modification, improper installation, or improper handling of any product.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate transactions at our sole discretion for any reason, including suspected fraud, abusive behavior, unlawful activity, or intellectual property concerns.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Texas.
